Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. At HiCurlies, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the order.

  • The product must be returned complete and within the 14-day period.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, we will be unable to process a refund.

  2. Download the return form from our website and fill it in completely.
  3. Package the product securely and include the completed return form.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided below.
  5. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at customerservice@hicurlies.com with the following details:

  • Your name, address, and order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or solution without requiring you to return the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund your order amount, including the original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets the return conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • It may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • We cannot process refunds to an alternative payment method.

 

Order Not Received?

If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking details. In most cases, the package has been delivered to a neighbor or local pickup point. If uncollected, it will be returned to our warehouse. If your package is missing, contact us at customerservice@hicurlies.com.

 

Exchanges

At this time, HiCurlies does not offer product exchanges or store credit. If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it following our return policy and place a new order for your desired item.
