Order Processing & Fulfillment
At HiCurlies, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on business days before 16:00 CET will typically be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
While we make every effort to meet these deadlines, certain factors such as stock availability or high order volumes may cause delays. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order within the estimated time frame, we will notify you as soon as possible.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and other select international locations via PostNL. Below are our shipping rates and estimated delivery times:

All shipments are handled by PostNL and will typically be delivered between 09:00 and 18:00. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the PostNL website.

Pre-Orders
For items available as pre-orders, shipping will take place as soon as stock is received. The estimated delivery date will always be stated on the respective product pages. Payments for pre-orders may be processed up to 30 days before the estimated dispatch date.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you believe your order is delayed or lost in transit, please first check your tracking details for any updates. If there is no recent tracking activity or the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact our support team at customerservice@hicurlies.com.
In case of a lost shipment, we will work with PostNL to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If necessary, we will offer a replacement or full refund for lost orders.
Customs & Import Fees
For international shipments, customs and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery service. If the issue persists, contact us so we can assist in resolving it.
